While the Moment Lasts

The Summer time is coming,

it’s stifling heat hovering out there

in the lightening shadow of the wings,

while resplendent bouquets of Spring’s bounty,

still command the stage,

filling our mesmerized ears and eyes

with sounds and sights

of their transcendental hope.

Thanks for reading and commenting Cindy. There is never enough Spring or Fall. I’m enjoying it while I can.

Lovely Jack! If only spring could last, but then, the magic would be lost.. “nothing gold can stay”
