The Difference Between Spending and Investing

Given the effects Climate Change is having; floods, beach erosion, tornados, etc, There is a need for a multi $Trillion program to relocate people and redesign/move, roads, businesses, recreation areas, harbor facilities, rails and bridges, to fit the expectations of a changing geography, in the coming centuries.

It’s work that will repay us all for generations; preventing misery, disease, logistics breakdowns, environmental contamination, water shortages, power outages and regional battles over poorly managed resources.

Compared to a $2T disastrous waste of money, lives, respect, time and imagination that Cheney and Bush brought down on our national reputation, a few $Trillion to do worthwhile stuff is a bargain.
